Does anyone actually know how many people have BrS in the United States? Is there any sites that have that sort of statistics. I was told that there are only about 200 cases here in the U.S..

The following is an extract from http://www.mmrl.edu/brugada-syndrome/ which is the Masonic Medical Research Laboratory in the USA. While the ratio in the USA may be significantly lower than in Asia I suspect it would difficult to believe that it is as low as 200. A google search may give other estimates.
"How common is the Brugada syndrome?
Because of its recent identification, the true incidence of the syndrome is not well established. We do know that in Southeast Asia and Japan it occurs in 5 out of 10,000 individuals. Available data indicates that there are numerous cases in the United States and Europe as well."
