Our expertise allows us to advise institutions and health authorities to promote campaigns for the prevention of sudden cardiac death. We use simple, easy-to-understand language so everyone knows what we are talking about, and our project for putting defibrillators in public spaces in towns and cities is known across Europe. The mechanics of the heart are complex, but it is easy to explain that we need everyone’s help when making decisions about a disease associated with sudden cardiac death.
At the same time, the Foundation also promotes gatherings of scientists and patient groups to update knowledge on the diagnosis and management of these diseases.
